What exactly do I receive?

Can I write on it digitally?
Yes. Import the PDF into GoodNotes, Notability or any annotation app and write straight onto the pages with your stylus. The layouts were designed with that in mind.
What size are the pages?
It ships in both A4 and US Letter. Print the size that matches your paper and ignore the other file.
Is it dated?
No, and that is deliberate. Audition seasons and contracts never line up with a calendar year, so you fill in the dates yourself and start whenever you like.
