About

Made by a dancer, for the part nobody teaches.

Sound familiar?

It is all in your head, and in six different notes apps.

Audition dates screenshotted into your camera roll. Fees on a receipt somewhere. The correction your teacher gave you last Tuesday, already half forgotten. Dancers carry an enormous amount of admin, and almost none of it has a home.

  • You found the audition, then lost the deadline.
  • You know the season was expensive. You do not know how expensive.
  • Your repertoire list lives in three places and none of them are current.
  • You danced the audition and never wrote down what you learned.

This is the part nobody teaches you. So these are the pages for it.

Who it is for

Three dancers, one tracker.

01

The amateur

You dance around a job, a degree or a family, and you are starting to audition for summer intensives or small companies. The tracker keeps the applications, the costs and the wins in one place, so the effort actually counts for something.

02

The professional

You are auditioning across countries, juggling deadlines, fees and repertoire in the middle of a contract. This is the page you fill in on the train and check before every application closes.

03

The teacher

You are guiding students through their first audition season. Print a copy each, and give them a structure for the admin instead of hoping they remember it. A dedicated teacher planner is coming next.

A note from the desk

Why this exists

I made the first version of this tracker for myself, during a season where I applied to more companies than I could keep track of and lost a deadline I genuinely cared about.

It started as one page. Then it became a folder. Then friends kept asking me to send them a copy.

None of this is about being more productive. It is about giving the work you are already doing somewhere to live, so that when the season ends you can actually see what you did.

Print it. Write on it badly. Spill coffee on it. That is the point.

Being straight with you: the paid tier is not built yet, so there is nothing to buy today and no card to enter. Deadline reminders are the reason it will exist, and they need accounts first. Leave your email and you will hear once, when it is real.

In the studio

Two more are being built.

Vol.02

The Dancer's Planner

Weekly classes, corrections, goals and body notes, for the training itself rather than the auditions.

Vol.03

The Teacher's Planner

Term calendars, class plans, choreography notes and student progress, built for a full teaching year.

Want to know when they land? Leave your email below and you will hear first.

Good questions

About the free things.

Is the company atlas really free?

Yes. It is free, it needs no account, and it stays that way. It exists because this information is scattered across a hundred different websites and it should not be.

How current is the audition information?

Each company card shows the date its details were last checked, and links straight to the company's own audition page. Deadlines move without warning, so always confirm on their site before you plan a trip.

Say hello

Questions, corrections, or something missing?

This is a small operation, so a real person reads everything. Corrections to the atlas are especially welcome, since directors and deadlines move faster than one person can track.

Ask

General questions

Anything about the tracker, the files, printing, or your order.

Fix

Atlas corrections

A director has changed, a link is dead, or a company is missing. Send it over and it gets fixed.

Studio

Studio licences

Copies for a whole class or school, on one licence rather than one per dancer.
